Delivery Coverage and Carrier

We ship from Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi Province, Thailand, and deliver throughout Thailand via FLASH EXPRESS.

Order Processing and Dispatch

We will dispatch your order within 48 hours of order placement. Orders are processed on business days only. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from this processing period, and dispatch will be extended accordingly. If you include special dispatch instructions in your order notes, we will confirm the arrangements with you separately.

The processing period covers preparing your order and handing it over to the carrier. It does not include transit time to your delivery address.

Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

Standard delivery areas:Free shipping is available on orders with a merchandise subtotal of THB 1,500 or more after discounts. For orders below THB 1,500 after discounts, shipping fees are calculated according to the parcel weight and the applicable FLASH EXPRESS rates.

Special delivery areas: Remote Areas, Islands, and Tourism Economic Areas are excluded from free shipping, regardless of the order value. Orders delivered to these areas will be charged the actual applicable shipping fee. Area classifications follow FLASH EXPRESS's classification of the delivery address.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout for your review before payment.

Transit Time

After your parcel has been handed over to FLASH EXPRESS, estimated transit times are based on the information published by FLASH EXPRESS for the applicable service and destination.
